Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations received in writing before 27th May 2008 will be subject to a service charge of €195. The full conference fees remain payable on and after 27th May 2008. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law..
If you are unable to attend the conference and are purchasing conference papers, they will be delivered to you approximately 28 working days after the event has taken place provided that your payment has been received. If you are not 100% satisfied with the papers you should call Julie Fulk on +44 (0)207 017 5506 and we will arrange for a full refund or substitute.
