New generation OSS is based on Business Process Management (BPM) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); TeleManagement World standards helps service providers to implement a pragmatic Enterprise Nerve System based on best practices and lessons learned from key players in the Telecom industry. Attendants of this highly practical and interactive workshop will learn how to implement a pragmatic SOA using the TeleManagement standards, how to implement flexible eTOM processes, and how everything relates to the SDP
