Workshop Presenters:
Matthew Glynn, partner, is the Head of TMC - MESA Region, based in DLA Piper's Dubai office. Matthew is aspecialist in new market entry work and on the commercial and regulatory aspects of a wide range of IT andtelecoms sector transactions, particularly in Asian, African and Middle Eastern emerging markets. Matthew alsoprovides specialist support to corporate and banking transactions in the telecoms and IT sectors.
Hinal Patel, partner, leads DLA Piper's technology and sourcing group which is part of the TMC - MESA Regiongroup. Hinal is a transactional IT, telecoms and outsourcing lawyer. Hinal has considerable experience in advising onthe procurement of managed services and outsourcing services, for example in relation to IT desktop services, widearea network services and voice services, as well as the provision of equipment, software and technology services.
