Robert Waaler is a transplanted American living in Sweden for the past 20 years. He has worked during this time in the IT and Telecommunications industries for Philips, Ericsson, Aspiro and since 2004 for SmartTrust. He has worked with the creation of compact cash dispensers, introduction of client relationship management to call centers and mobile services. Already in 2001 Robert was active in terminal management seeing its importance as an enabling technology for the delivery and acceptance of mobile services.
Robert has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and an MBA from the State University of New York.
