As chief technical officer and chief architect for Scientific Atlanta's European and Asian operations, Nick Fielibert is responsible for developing and directing the technical roadmap and the systems architectures for Scientific Atlanta products in the two regions.

Fielibert has worked for Scientific Atlanta for almost twenty years, starting as a design engineer in analog system processing and progressing to his current position of VP and CTO for Europe and Asia. Fielibert was serving as senior vice president and chief operating officer of BarcoNet n.v. when it was acquired by Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. in January 2002. Prior to that, he had responsibilities in the management group of Barco Communication Systems for market development in the North American, Asian and Australian markets in 1996. Fielibert joined Barco Communication Systems to initiate the development of the Australian and Asian markets in 1992.

Currently he is responsible for product strategy for the European and Asian markets. He has excelled in a number of roles within Barco and Scientific Atlanta, undertaking positions as diverse as Business Development Manager, Head of Product Marketing, Sales and COO. He was also responsible for handling the technological responsibility of the sale of the company to Scientific-Atlanta, Inc.

His areas of focus include the development of cutting-edge technologies to provide innovative ways of delivering increasing amounts of content, such as new IP-based digital distribution systems. Fielibert possesses a detailed understanding of the current and future demands of the cable television, broadcast and telecommunications industries which can help Scientific Atlanta's new products exceed customers' expectations.

Fielibert is a graduate of Gent State University, where he completed a Masters Plus degree in Electronic Engineering, the highest engineering qualification possible in Belgium. Following university, he completed one years' military service with the Belgian navy before taking up his first position as a Design Engineer at Barco.

Brian Sullivan is Director of Product Strategy & Management for British Sky Broadcasting. Brian and his team, which includes Product Development, Product Management, Cross/Up Sales, Internet & Interactive Services, and Sky Broadband, lead the commercial and strategic management, marketing and sales of Sky's core and advanced products and services.

Within these areas key responsibilities include core Pricing and Packaging, the Sky Electronic Programme Guide, Sky+, Multiroom, High Definition, Sky.com, Sky Active, Sky Card, as well as the recently launched Sky Talk, Sky Broadband and many other customer facing initiatives including Sky's extended focus into the on demand and online worlds.

The team focus on the total customer offering, working with all other departments throughout Sky, from the customer group to technology, programming, legal, finance, investor relations and many others, to deliver the leading television experience in the UK.

Brian also serves on Sky's Executive Roadmap and Marketing Strategy committees.

Brian is a veteran of the pay television industry, with over 18 years experience. He joined Sky in February of 1996 and has held a variety of roles at Sky, including Channels Marketing, Digital Transition, Retention & Customer Marketing and Product Development. Prior to joining Sky he has spent most of his career in the Pay TV industry in the States, first with Viacom's Showtime Networks and then Eagle Marketing. He is 44 years of age, a native of Philadelphia, USA, and attended Villanova University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing.

Laura FrankelLaura Frankel

Discovery Networks International

Laura Frankel is general manager of Discovery HD, Discovery Networks International. Based at Discovery's corporate headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland, Frankel oversees strategy, development and programming for Discovery HD, the company's international high-definition television brand. First launched in February 2005, the network is now available in South Korea, Japan, Canada, Germany, Austria, Ireland and the UK, making Discovery the leading provider of HD networks in the world.

Frankel also oversees program operations, online and interactive content and global licensing for Discovery Networks International's 17 television brands, which reach 715 million viewers in 170 countries and 35 languages worldwide via 101 unique distribution feeds. She plays an integral role in the growth of Discovery's international business by creating economies of scale and supporting the business goals of Discovery's regional operations.

A fifteen-year veteran of Discovery Networks International, Frankel has held several roles in production and programming. Most recently, Frankel was the vice president of programming, planning and promotions, responsible for overseeing all operations necessary to sustain more than 1900 hours of television programming in four regions. In this role, Frankel accomplished the seamless coordination of on-air teams from around the globe to program and promote Discovery's international networks.

Furthermore, during her tenure with Discovery Networks International, Laura established an international production unit and worked with programming teams worldwide to create unified programming strategies and coordinated promotions across Discovery Networks family of fourteen international brands.

Prior to joining Discovery, Frankel held various positions in production, scheduling, marketing and advertising, including serving as scheduling manager for LPR Video and working for Atlantic Video in the capacity of marketing and advertising coordinator and operations coordinator.

Frankel holds a bachelor of art's degree in business and communications from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Greg MoyerGreg Moyer
General Manager,
VOOM HD Networks

As general manager of VOOM HD Networks, Greg Moyer oversees the day-to-day operations of VOOM HD Networks’ 15 high definition channels and directs all efforts as they relate to program development, production, scheduling and marketing. The VOOM HD Networks are the largest and most diverse suite of high definition channels available anywhere. Produced exclusively in true high definition and 5.1 Dolby digital surround sound for distribution in the U.S. through satellite and cable operators, the VOOM HD Networks carry programming in categories as diverse as sports, movies, fashion, music and art.

Previously, as president, regional programming for Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, Mr. Moyer managed all operations, strategic planning and business development for the company's regional programming which then included News 12 Networks and MetroChannels - Metro Traffic & Weather, MetroTV and MetroStories - that, together, were a complement of news, information, and entertainment channels serving the greater New York viewing area.

Mr. Moyer joined Rainbow Media in January 1999 from Discovery Communications, Inc., where he served as chief creative officer. Mr. Moyer rose to that position during a 13-year tenure at Discovery, during which he oversaw the rapid growth of Discovery Channel and The Learning Channel, two of the world's most respected and successful cable networks. He also spearheaded the development of Discovery Channel Pictures, Discovery's global initiatives and its active retailing and interactive divisions.

Mr. Moyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in media studies from Bucknell University. He is a member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), and both PROMAX and the Broadcast Designers’ Association (BDA).
