- The closing date for entry into the free prize draw is February 17th, 2006.
- Entries must include the following contact details: name, job type, company, postal address, email address, telephone and fax numbers and so winners can be notified.
- Entry into the competition is free to all.
- Only one entry per person.
- Entries by third parties will not be accepted.
- Employees of Informa Telecoms & Media, printers, typesetters and their agents and families are not allowed to enter the competition.
- Informa Telecoms & Media reserves the right to stop the competition at any time or change the conditions. All entries will be deemed to have agreed by these rules and conditions.
- Informa Telecoms & Media is not responsible for any lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
- In all disputes, the editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The free prize draw will be made by an independent person and notified by February 17th 2006.
- If the winners of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made, the Informa Telecoms & Media will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
