Nokia and China Putian fomalize 3G alliance

Finnish vendor Nokia and Chinese vendor China Putian announced today they have signed an agreement to form a joint venture to focus on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of 3G network solutions for TD-SCDMA and WCDMA technologies.
