Motorola takes wraps off FOMA WCDMA/WiFi device

Motorola today announced the launch of the FOMA M1000, what it claims to be is the world's first WiFi-integrated WCDMA and GSM/GPRS dual-mode smartphone, developed jointly with Japanese operator NTT DoCoMo.
