Sky in Spain: would it be gain or pain?

Many eyes were on Spain last Sunday as its football team lifted the Euro 2008 trophy, but a more exclusive audience is now eyeing the company that had the exclusive Spanish TV rights for the championship - Sogecable.

Up for grabs is Digital Plus, Sogecable's pay-television arm, which accounts for the bulk of the company's income.
