Abigail was appointed in March 2003; she previously worked as a Research Analyst within Informa's European data Team, with a special research focus on Russia and the CIS. Past and recent research contributions include authoring Insight reports on CDMA-450 and on Pricing Strategies for Mobile Content. Abigail has presented Informa Telecoms & Media's research and analysis at conferences in Bucharest, Prague, Moscow and St Petersburg.

Abigail joined Informa Telecoms in March 2001 and has an MA in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Birmingham and a BA in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Leeds.

Adam has been involved in several senior roles within the media industry. Ana is a Research Analyst at Informa Telecoms & Media covering North America and the Caribbean. She previously covered Southern Europe, Brazil and the Caribbean for nearly two years, where she made use of her language skills in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. She is also a member of the World Cellular Datametrics team, which tracks the evolution of mobile data services on a worldwide basis. Ana has presented research at the Mobile Messaging Americas (Miami) and Caricam (Dominican Republic) in 2004.

Ana joined Informa Telecoms & Media in September 2002, having worked as a telecoms analyst consultant for Accenture in Madrid. Ana holds two Masters Degrees (Marketing and Business Administration) from the Pontificia Comillas University, ICADE, in Madrid.

Daniel is a senior analyst in the mobile content and applications portfolio within Informa Telecoms & Media. He has built up a wide range of knowledge in his seven years in the telecoms industry and he has been able to apply this to many events, newsletters and reports he has been involved in. Daniel has worked in a research and analyst role within the mobile telecoms industry since 1999, covering issues as wide ranging as silicon developments for mobile devices, the wireless enterprise sector, digital rights management, the evolution of the mobile user interface for next generation devices, mobile entertainment content and the impact of user generated content and mobile communities.

Daniel has worked extensively with professionals in the mobile content industry in planning high level events, as well as contributing to analytical newsletters and authoring an extensive range of management and strategic reports. He has spoken at a number of mobile focused events, both in Europe, Asia and the US and is frequently called upon by leading publications to comment on the mobile industry. Previously to working in the Content and Applications portfolio at Informa T&M, Daniel was a billing and fraud analyst and a conference researcher. He holds a Masters of Science in Instrumentation and Analytical Science.

Eva is the Latin America telecoms analyst within the Americas data team and Informa Telecoms & Media and is also a key contributor to Informa's World Cellular Investors, which tracks the investment strategies of the world's largest cellular investors. As well as being a past speaker at the GSM Americas Congress, Eva has also contributed articles that have been published in several Latin American magazines, including the Brazilian publication World Telecom and the Argentinean publication, Wireless Latin America.

Prior to joining Informa in 2002, Eva previously worked as a Senior Analyst at the telecommunications consultancy, Tarifica (PBI Media) in London. Eva holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid in Spain.

Julian entered Journalism in 1989 to become Managing Editor of Telecommunications International. He subsequently spent two years as Editorial Director with the Telecoms publishing division of the Financial Times, where his editorial responsibilities encompassed a range of newsletters, magazines and market reports. Julian is the Principal Analyst for Broadband in Informa Telecoms & Media's data research team. His research agenda tracks developments in the broadband industry with the specific objectives of extending the coverage of the WXIS to 150 broadband markets and to make reporting of tier one and tier two operator activity in those markets as comprehensive as possible, by the end of 2007. Julian has researched the wireless and fixed line industries for 15 years. In addition to a long history with Informa he has, as a free-lance consultant, undertaken projects with Point Topic and Ovum and enjoyed a spell as Head of Research at Kable Ltd. Julian holds a degree in Classics from Oxford University and management qualifications from the Open University and the University of Humberside.

Nicole McCormick became the inaugural editor of Informa Telecoms & Media's dedicated Asian mobile title, Asia Pacific Wireless Analyst in January 2004. At the same time, Nicole was promoted to managing director of ASIAcom, which covers the telecom, broadband and television sectors in Asia-Pacific, which she helps compile, oversee and sub-edit from Informa's Brisbane-based office.

Prior to this, Nicole was editor of ASIAcom for around five years, and was editor of APWAs predecessor, Pan-Asian Telecom newsletter. She commenced her career with Baskerville Communications in the UK office in late-1996 where she was the inaugural reporter on TVI Daily for one year. Nicole then took over as senior reporter on ASIAcom, before her promotion to editor of the newsletter.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in journalism and economics, from the University of Queensland.

Simon is a senior analyst with Informa Telecoms & Media, where his main area of expertise is the music industry. His knowledge of the music industry extends back more than 15 years and was gained through performance, management and record company ownership. Adler recently published his first book, "The Producers: money, movies and who really calls the shots" (Methuen, 2004), which the University of London has adopted as a set text for its MA in film and television production. Bloomsbury, publisher of Harry Potter in the UK, has commissioned Adler to write a second book about Hollywood, due to be published in 2006.

Tony edits Informa Telecoms & media's leading pan-Asia-Pacific communications publication ASIAcom, covering the pay-TV, satellite, Internet, wireless and broadband markets across the region and is also deputy editor of Asia-Pacific Wireless Analyst (APWA), focusing exclusively on the regional wireless market.

A graduate of the University of Westminster, London, Tony has been researching and writing on the global communications and entertainment industries since starting out with Financial Times newsletters in 1994.

He joined Baskerville Communications in early 1995 and worked as a research editor on a wide range of TV and communications research and management reports before moving to Australia in late 1997 where he worked as a freelance researcher and journalist before returning to Baskerville in early-2000 as TV Editor of ASIAcom.

She also regularly contributes to more in-depth research reports, where she produces deep dive analysis into the most pertinent issues affecting the North American region. Most recently, Kristin has worked on reports examining non-SMS data trends and an analytical overview of investment trends in the global cellular industry. Kristin has also contributed to research reports on the topics of WCDMA handset pricing, as well as HSPA’s role in mobile broadband.

Kristin has 6 years of experience in the telecoms sector, having spent time working on the semiconductor side of the industry before coming to Informa Telecoms & Media. She regularly attends US events such as the CTIA Wireless and CTIA IT & Entertainment events.
